Return Eligibility
- Personalized or engraved items can’t be returned unless damaged or faulty.
- Non-personalized items may be returned if sealed, unused, and in original condition within 14 days of delivery.
How to Start a Return
Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return. Once approved, simply post the item back within 28 days of purchase. Return shipping is covered by the customer.
Refunds
Once your return arrives and is inspected, your refund will be processed within five working days to your original payment method.
Damaged or Missing Items
If an item arrives damaged, email us within 48 hours with photos. We’ll replace or refund it immediately. Once Royal Mail marks an item as delivered, we can’t take responsibility for missing parcels unless a delivery issue is confirmed.
Order Changes or Cancellations
If production hasn’t started, you can cancel or change by emailing us immediately after purchase. Once production starts, we’re unable to make changes—but we’ll always try to help if you contact us quickly.

What occasions can I shop for?
Our boxes suit birthdays, anniversaries, weddings, Christmas, Valentine’s Day, new homes, or “just because.” We update our seasonal collections throughout the year to match every celebration.
How long does it take to prepare my order?
Most orders dispatch the next working day, and never later than three business days. Handmade or engraved items may require an extra day for precision finishing.

All orders ship from our UK studio, where every box is hand-packed with care.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
We ship across the UK and Europe. Standard UK delivery takes 2–4 working days; European deliveries usually arrive within 5–10.
Can I track my parcel?
Yes. You’ll receive a tracking link by email once your order is dispatched.
Do you really plant a tree with every order?
Absolutely! Through our verified partner, a new tree is planted for each box order placed, helping offset carbon and support reforestation. To get your certificate, don't forget to fill out your information through check-out!

All boxes are packed using recyclable or biodegradable materials. We minimise plastic and source from sustainable suppliers whenever possible.
Are your candles vegan and cruelty-free?
Our handmade candles use soy wax and natural oils—100% vegan, cruelty-free, and clean-burning.

Yes. Simply enter their address at checkout. We’ll include your message, and wrap the box beautifully.

You can leave a note at checkout; we’ll do our best to time dispatch so it arrives as close as possible to your chosen date.
