Processing & Dispatch Times

 


Most orders are dispatched next working day.

During busy periods or for larger orders, dispatch may take up to 3 working days.


Personalised or engraved items may require additional time, but we always work to ship them as quickly as possible.

Shipping Costs

 


Shipping is automatically calculated at checkout based on the package weight, size, and destination.


Express or tracked upgrades are available.

 


 

 

Customs, Duties & Taxes (Europe)

 


International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or VAT charged by their country.


We cannot control or predict these costs.

 


 

 

Order Tracking

 


Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email.

If your shipping method includes tracking, you will also receive a tracking link.

 


 

 

Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

 


Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout.


If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, new postage costs will apply to resend it.

 


 

 

Lost or Delayed Orders

 


We use reliable carriers, but delays can happen. If your package hasn’t arrived:


• UK: Contact us after 7 working days from dispatch

• Europe: Contact us after 14 working days from dispatch


We will investigate and assist with replacements where possible.

 


 

 

Shipping of Fragile or Breakable Items

 


We pack every box with care. All fragile items are secured with protective materials to minimize risk during transit.

 


 

 

Pre-Orders or Out-of-Stock Items

 


If an order contains pre-order items, it will ship once the full order is ready.

You may contact us if you’d like items shipped separately (additional fees may apply).
