We want you to love every item you receive from us. If something isn’t right, here’s how we can help.
Returns for Non-Personalised Items
You can return unused, unopened, and sealed items within 28 days of receiving your order.
• You must notify us within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be returned within the 28-day window in their original condition and packaging.
• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
• Once we receive the item and check its condition, we’ll issue a refund for the product cost (shipping fees are non-refundable).
Personalised & Engraved Items
Because personalised and engraved items are made uniquely for you, they cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
If your personalised item is damaged on arrival:

Include clear photos of the damage and packaging.

We will replace or refund the item as quickly as possible.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, contact us immediately.
• Email us within 48 hours of delivery.
• Attach clear photos of the issue.
• We will resolve it with a replacement or refund.
We always prioritise damaged orders — your happiness matters.
Change of Mind / Order Amendments
We process orders quickly, so changes must be requested within 30 minutes of placing the order.
After that time, we may not be able to make adjustments.
How Refunds Are Issued
Once your return is received and approved:
• Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
• Please allow 3–10 business days depending on your bank.

Returns sent without authorisation may not be processed.
